Utiliser LICENCIEMENT COLLECTIF pour les licenciements décidés au niveau de l'entreprise pour des raisons économiques (p.ex. la faillite, la restructuration d'entreprise ou le changement technologique) touchant un grand nombre de travailleurs. Ne pas confondre avec LICENCIEMENT.

Úsese DESPIDO COLECTIVO para los despidos a nivel de la empresa por razones económicas (p.ej. la quiebra o la reestructuración empresarial) que afectan a cantidades considerables de trabajadores. No se debe confundir con DESPIDO.

Use REDUNDANCY for permanent workforce reductions at the enterprise level for economic reasons (eg. bankruptcy, restructuring or technological change) affecting a sizeable number of workers. Do not confuse with DISMISSAL.
